If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Nature of Services Trinova Health is a Florida-licensed community compounding pharmacy operating under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. We dispense medications only pursuant to a valid prescription from a licensed practitioner. We provide:
  • Custom compounded medications
  • Full-service retail pharmacy dispensing
  • Medication therapy management and pharmacist consultations
  • Certain cash-pay / direct-to-patient programs (e.g., certain compounded formulations for pain, hormone therapy, weight management, etc.)

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All prescribing decisions are made solely by your licensed healthcare provider.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Prescriptions and Dispensing

  • All compounded medications and other prescriptions are dispensed only upon receipt and verification of a valid prescription from a licensed practitioner authorized to prescribe in your state.
  • Prescriptions may be submitted electronically, by fax, or other compliant methods.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to fill any prescription if it appears invalid, unsafe, or non-compliant with federal or state law.
  • Compounded medications are prepared specifically for individual patients based on prescriber instructions and are not FDA-approved finished drugs. They carry inherent risks associated with compounding.

4. Payment and Billing

  • We accept various payment methods for cash-pay services (credit/debit cards, etc.).
  • Payment is due at the time of order or pickup unless other arrangements are made.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We do not bill insurance for most compounded medications (cash-pay model). You are responsible for any costs not covered by insurance.
  • Refunds are generally not provided for compounded medications once preparation has begun, as they are custom-made and non-returnable.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to addresses within the states where we hold appropriate licensure (primarily Florida; out-of-state shipping may be limited and subject to state pharmacy laws).
  • Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs (if applicable).
  • You must provide a valid delivery address and be available to receive controlled or temperature-sensitive shipments.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Recalls

  • Compounded medications are custom-prepared and non-returnable / non-refundable except in cases of dispensing error or recall.
  • Non-compounded items may be eligible for return within a limited period (e.g., 30 days) if unopened and in original condition, subject to our discretion.
  • In the event of a recall or quality issue, we will follow all applicable federal and state notification and resolution procedures.

7. Telehealth / Facilitation Services (if offered)

Certain programs may involve coordination with third-party telehealth providers for evaluation. We act solely as the dispensing pharmacy. The prescribing provider is an independent professional, and any telehealth consultation is governed by that provider’s terms.
